Age Verification:
By using DrinksDistillery.com, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. All recipients of alcohol products must also be at least 21 years old. Orders require an adult signature upon delivery. We reserve the right to report any violations of applicable laws.
Shipping Costs & Shipping Time
Shipping within the United States is free for all orders.
International shipping is available for a flat fee of $75.
Standard shipping within the United States is usually between 2 – 5 business days upon receiving your order. International orders ship for a longer time, usually between 4 – 7 business days.
Delivery Address:
An adult signature is required for all orders. We recommend using a business or office address for shipping to ensure a responsible adult is available to sign for the package. We do not ship to APO, FPO, or P.O. boxes. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Any additional shipping costs due to incorrect addresses will be the purchaser’s responsibility.
Shipping Responsibility:
Once your order is approved, you own the goods. We offer standard shipping for free. Other shipping options such as Next Day Air or 2-Day shipping are available for an additional fee. Customers are responsible for complying with all laws regarding alcohol shipments and any associated taxes or fees.
Price & Availability:
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We aim to ship orders within 2-5 business days, with potential delays during holidays. Orders may be delayed if items are out of stock, and customers will be notified promptly.
Shipping Information:
We ship spirits to all states in the United States except Alaska, Hawaii, and Utah. Product availability varies by state due to regulations. We do not ship to APOs, FPOs, or P.O. boxes.
Shipping a Gift:
Gift wrapping and personalized greeting cards are available options. At checkout, you can write a note to let us know if the order is a Gift. The recipient must be 21 years or older to accept the delivery.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses:
Each address requires a separate order. We cannot ship one order to separate addresses
Receiving a Shipment:
Recipients must be 21 years or older and present valid ID upon delivery. If recipients are not available, additional delivery attempts will be made. Contact us for rerouting or inquiries about your order.
Shipping Rates & Options:
Standard shipping is free. Fees apply to expedited shipping options such as Next Day Air or 2-Day shipping. Shipping rates are based on weight and service selected.
Track Your Order:
Upon shipment, we will provide tracking information via email. Recipients must be 21 years or older to receive the package.
